Canada Trampoline Manufacturers Inc. warrants its trampoline products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service conditions. Warranty is not extended to items such as, but not limited to, cuts, punctures, abrasions, burns, or use of abrasive or caustic cleansers.
To analyze defects in materials and manufacture, contact us with a copy of your receipt, trampoline serial number and photos or description of the product. If the product is covered by the warranty, and is repairable, it will be repaired immediately and quickly returned to you. Irreparable products will be replaced. If the product is not under warranty, but is reparable, a repair quote will be proposed before repair. You will not be billed without your consent.

Products purchased directly from the manufacturer include round trip shipping for the purposes of inspecting or repairing any products in question. Please contact us if you have any concerns and we will promptly inspect the product in question remotely before proceeding with supplying a return shipping label. If a replacement product is warranted, the product will be shipped to the original shipping destination under the product warranty.
Purchases from Authorized Dealers
Products purchased from an Authorized Dealers are covered by the Authorized Dealer. If applicable, warranty replacements will be provided to the Authorized Dealer. If you purchased your trampoline from an Authorized Dealer, please contact them directly. Replacement parts do not include shipping or freight expenses and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The warranty form must be returned to Canada Trampoline within 30 days to obtain the warranty. Our trampolines have a serial tag attached to the trampoline frame, where the leg fits into the frame. The anodized aluminum tag contains a 3 digit serial number.
